Looking for some help and answers as to why i seem to have lost my ingame rank, and island? ive seen the server has had a bit of an overhaul, however, when sold the rank it said it was a lifetime rank! Thanks in advance!
You may be referring to the old server. Try doing /classic in game. If you’re talking about the Org server, you can make a report in donor issues to get a coupon for the store to get money to spend on the server store equivalent to the rank you had.
LittleEmiRose what would i need to prove what i had spent on the server? would paypal trans codes suffice? Thanks for your help
Hi totallybev, Are you talking about the .ORG server? It shut down a couple months ago, but not to worry, you can get a coupon from your old rank to spend on the new server that's now running 1.12 with brand new features. Thanks for the response, i am unable to remember what server i was playing as it was about 4 years ago! Im trying to jump into the portal, and i am getting a message saying i am banned due to chargebacks, however, checking my paypal, all payments when through just fine? thanks
They’re asking if someone other than yourself donated for you - they can take back their donation, which results in a ban for the person it was bought for. That would explain the chargeback ban if you didn’t do a chargeback yourself also, when I made my submission for the org coupon, I didn’t need proof. Just need to say what rank you had and I’m sure they have a way of figuring it out from there
Have had my appeal & coupon request in for about an hour and a half, and waiting anxiously to get back to playing where i left off!
