In game name Cond1tioner i purchased skyward to sky god and never received it it have been over a week and i would at least like an explanation on why u guys have done nothing about it. here's my recipe to prove my purchase ik it doesn't show the name of the item but i was told u can look up records or what was bought and i would like a refund or to receive my item.
I see the most recent purchase on Aug 13 listed as "error" while your previous purchases were listed as "complete". Can you send me the transaction ID, and check if the money was withdrawn from your bank/credit card?
