Why do YOU think you were banned?
I was banned for sending pictures of pornographic images to Mercy. We were all in a call together, me, Emerald, Theo, and Mercy. And we were all having a good time. I sent the images and we all were laughing, (I'm remembering the best I can as this was a week and 2 days ago) And we got into an argument last night, and she must've reported me and I got banned.

Was this an incorrect ban?
No, I admit fault toward the reasoning of my ban.

Were you ever banned before on SkyBlock? If so, what for?
I've only been banned once in game for me requesting it, and I've only been kicked on the discord for "Harassment".

The reasoning behind your sanction, was not only the fact that you had sent this to Mercy, but also because you sent other images to another player who was extremely offended by what they were shown.
I won't be naming them, simply to keep the report confidential. I don't feel it's needed.

As much as I'm sure you didn't mean to cause as much trouble as this has escalated into, what you sent over discord is illegal, your account could be terminated, and you broke a federal law. Sending pornography to minors is illegal, and if you were an adult, you could face up to 10 years in prison. If you were reported for this at your age, it could still have severe consequences, I do hope you understand this.

Your actions, in this case, were entirely unacceptable, whether or not you meant to harm anyone involved in this situation.

You sent two full phone screens worth of images, it was deliberate, that can't be denied. You shouldn't be accessing any of this material, to begin with, let alone be sending it to any other member. As much as I'd like to trust that you will be totally responsible on the discord server, enough so to unban you, your recent actions around multiple members haven't been trustworthy enough to do so.

Do you have any reasoning as to why you sent any of these images? I can't think of a valid reason, so I'm hoping you have one.

 

Like I said before, Mercy was showing pornography on her screen share in the video call, and for some reason, I thought it was okay. But it wasn't, and I can ensure that it won't happen again. Other than this, I have no reasoning.

 

That is never okay, you should have reported that and left immediately.
The bigger issue is, Mercy wasn't the only member that received an inappropriate picture from you. The other person who did was extremely offended, and as they are younger, hadn't witnessed anything like that before. They're very upset.

 

I didn't send it to another person, who was it? Because I didn't send another "completely naked" picture to anyone. The only picture I have sent, that can be "classified" as "naked" is me shirtless, flipping off a Fortnite loading screen. (Yes, that happened.) Other than that, I did not send anything else to no one else. I would like to know who the other person is. Because another person named Scxr was there. Which is Mercy's alt, if that is the username. If this is the player that sent you what I sent Mercy, it wasn't sent to that account. Plus, this was in a Private Message with no one else.

Bluey is the person I sent the shirtless picture to. It wasn’t supposed to mean anything, it’s only a shirtless picture and it’s absolutely no big deal. RE-EDIT I might know who it is. That one, wasn’t too inappropriate. The pictures I sent over to her were the pictures I copied and pasted from Bert’s “information page.”
