I need to tell you what happened appond what you believe, I was at rampages island, so I needed to barrow a couple grass, so thekyle_ came in to his island and took all the grass, then he, she gave me my grass back so I put it in the chest and the logs say I took 28 grass but that was just me taking that 6 grass and putting it back, I'm so sorry if u think it was me who took a lot of grass, no its was not me, thekyle_ was the one who actually took the grass, I only took 2 I know Michael you don't believ me you can deny this I just wanna show every one that I'm trying my best to tell the truth. but does that relly mean you can extend my ban for 2 more days? -tiger

Full exact Ban Message: I'm sorry for taking 6 grass from ur hoppers/chest, rampagexxx1, till my ban expires, ill give u ur 6 grass back, but I didn't think 6 grass would equal in to this, MONSTOSITY, because Michael's logs say 28 grass, but I really did take 6 grass, I'm sorry rampagexxx1 for taking 6 grass, I relly am sorry, bud.
4. Did you read the rules ? I have once in the passed then I was not thinking, i was being a dumb person, thinking of taking 6 grass. but I did. I apologize for my actions.
5. Why do YOU think you were banned? because I took 6 grass, taking it out of the chest used it, put my grass back in the chest, then I put the grass back in his chest then I did again for the last time, then I took 2 grass. then I left it then I took 2 more grass from the hoppers, then 2 more grass from the other hopper so that = up to 6 grass then I think I took 2 more grass leaving 3 gold blocks and 6 grass or 4 in the chest, leaving me with 6 grass.

Why do you think you should be unbanned? well I think I should be unbanned because I tryed to stop a grief, but I may take southing but not that big. but your logs say I took 28 grass, wich was me just taking it out and put in it back in, all I remember is taking 6 grass, but not 28 I don't have that much grass, I think. thankyou for your time, -tiger

 

Hello TigerLord, thank you for taking the time to appeal.

You were originally banned for stealing grass, with TheKyle_, from Rampagexxx1's island. I would like to thank you for apologizing, however that does not excuse your actions. I have already talked with you about this situation on discord, and explained that I am not going to unban you. I will explain my reasons below.

Almost immediately after getting banned, you messaged me multiple times, telling me that you did not deserve to be banned. You claimed that you had done nothing wrong. You then proceeded to inform Rampage that you had only taken two grass, and tried to say that you had actually stopped the grief, which was false. You then tried to get Rampage to ask for you to be unbanned, by giving him false information, and claiming that you had nothing to do with the stolen items.

The next day, you sent me another message, on Discord, asking to be unbanned, because you had only stolen two grass. I had given you multiple chances to come forward with the truth, by asking if you are sure that is the amount that you took, and asking if you really want me to look at the logs again. I very clearly stated that I would take a second look at the logs, however if it was found out that this was not the case, and you had lied to me about the amount, your ban would be extended by two days. You fully understood what you were doing, and asked me to look through the chest logs again. Just as I had expected, the logs showed you both placing, and taking grass out of the chest, leaving you with a net gain of 28 grass.

I shared this information with you, and you almost immediately claimed that you 'forgot' about all of the grass that you had taken. I find this very hard to believe, especially after you tried to convince me that you were wrong at first, but had only taken six grass out of the chest. You are still refusing to admit to all twenty eight grass blocks that you stole. You are also claiming that you could not have taken 28 grass from Rampage, because you do not have that much, however it took me about 30 seconds to find that amount of grass on your island, and return it to Rampage.

I am sorry, however I do not feel that you deserve to be unbanned at this point. You repeatedly refused to admit to what you had done, and tried to lie to both me, and Rampage, about the situation. I look forward to seeing you back on the server when your ban expires. Please take this time to reconsider your actions, and read over the rules again, which can be found here.
