Well back in the day I read that a lottery plugin would give you a better chance of winning if you have won previously. But according to Myrm the code is all fine and the plugin isn't rigged. This is why I don't enter the lottery unless I a) feel generous and want to give up my grass b) there isn't any point when you probably won't win In other words, stop caring about the lottery. Just save your grass and don't gamble.
When people type /lot rig (username) they are doing as a joke. It is random, and it is a lottery. You win some, you lose most.
