5. By misunderstanding. Witheredbonnie31 and I are siblings and we have his island for farms and living and mine for a shop.

8. Because I did nothing wrong and I don't believe my brother did anything wrong. He was collecting soul sand from the nether while I was building on our island when we were both banned. There was also a guy yesterday (July 27th) who claimed everything on his island was free. So I took a fair share (not too many valuables or anything) and he came on today (July 28th) saying that it wasn't him or he never did it or something along the lines? I took an enchanted diamond axe and also a diamond pickaxe (which I later enchanted) and if that's part of the reason I got banned he can have them back. I took other stuff but those two were by far the most valuable.

 

Hello Mocara, thank you for taking the time to appeal.

It has come to my attention, through both of your appeals, and searching through block logs, that the player Leninist did in fact allow people to take items from his island, and is now trying to say that he did not. Multiple other players had also taken items from his chests, at the same time, which supports this theory. Unfortunately, you will have to remain banned until I can confirm this through chat logs, or screenshots. If you have any screenshots of him saying this, could you please reply to this thread, and attach them?

In the future, please try not to take items from players that are claiming you can have them for free, or be sure to take screenshots of this, to avoid confusion. If someone is letting players take their items for free, chances are they are either quitting, or are going to try to claim they were griefed.

Unfortunately I did not take screenshots because I assumed he was quitting. I will keep that in mind for the future and thank you for replying. Good luck sorting this out.
