Hello, I have this 10% off coupon: Hidden Content: **Hidden Content: Content of this hidden block can only be seen by staff members** However, when I attempt to use it, it states: "You are not allowed to redeem this coupon." Hidden Content: **Hidden Content: Content of this hidden block can only be seen by staff members** I was able to use 2 10% off coupons on my last purchase, so I am puzzled as to why it is not working this time. May I please have some assistance?
I checked that code and it looks like it's inactive, which means it's already been used. Where did you get the code from?

Not sure if this would affect anything, but... I attempted to use that code in my first comment, as the third discount, when I bought the rank in the second comment. It gave me the same message then, too. My theory is it may have not let me use three discounts, but in doing so, registered me as using it. Just a guess. At any rate, I have four, and have only used the two in my previous comment, above.

It's listed as having been used already, so I can't do much about that. I don't have any ability to check which purchase it was used on.
