Hello mutantmoustache, thank you for taking the time to create an appeal.

As you most likely know, there are a few items on this server that are illegal to trade or give to other players. Trading any of these items, which are listed here, especially in large quantities can result in a ban. According to block logs, obtained at s_______s's island, which was previously owned by MrABGold, you, and two other players, placed a large amount of sand, which was eventually destroyed by MrABGold. There are also logs of a large amount of sand being transferred, using chests on the island. If you never illegally traded items, and you have no idea what I am talking about, could you please explain how you placed 550 sand on the island, did not destroy even one, and how MrABGold ended up destroying all of the sand, all without any rules being broken?

This did happen. However, the sand WAS previously owned my MrABGold, meaning it wasn't a trade, I was just giving it back to him. NOTHING ILLEGAL TOOK PLACE

In fact, I was actually doing some work for MrABGold. I was helping terraform his island. He bought the sand as red sand from shops and converted it into normal sand. You will be able to find him purchasing some RED sand off of me and some more red sand purchased off of others in the logs. In order to terraform his island I took some of the sand out of a chest which he put the sand in (this might be easier to find in the logs). We ended up not liking the look of the sand and he destroyed it.

If you manage to speak to him you can find out other players he purchased sand off of if it's needed.

So as you can see, nothing illegal took place. ALL of the sand went from him to me and back to him without any player making grass out of it, so it's not a trade of sand nor is it a donation.

I understand this confusion and appreciate your work trying to make Skyblock a better place although this was a misunderstanding.

    Nothing illegal took place.

Thank you for allowing me the clear this up!

Thank you for the clarification. I apologize if I have misinterpreted the evidence, which lead to your ban. I have looked through the logs again, and now see that all of the sand you placed, was the exact number that was taken from a chest on MrABGold's island. Before officially accepting this appeal, I would like to ask a few questions.

    • What exactly did you terraform on MrABGold's island? Was it just placing sand to cover the floor of his island, covering a mountain, a river bed, or something else?
    • Have you ever done something similar to this before? Have you either placed, or helped to break, items that would normally be illegal to trade?
    • If you have, what are the names of the players that you have done this for, and approximately how long ago was it?

Hello, thank you. I'm happy to help:

•I was trying to make a desert place with mountains and stuff but i ended up having to log off shortly after starting so not much progress was made. We were also covering the floor.

•I have never done anything similar to this, the only thing I can think of is placing my dirt on my island which isn't illegal.

    •N/A.

When I looked deeper into the logs earlier, I found that you had also destroyed 135 dirt, and 3 sand, on an island that is currently owned by Stripe7, however I believe that it was previously owned by Gaming_Pup, at the time that these logs were created. All of the dirt and sand was placed in a chest on the island, with the exception of 7 dirt blocks, which I am assuming fell into the void when you were removing the island. Could you please explain this situation to me?

    Hi, yes, I totally forgot.

I built and island for Gaming_Pup (which he later destroyed) and had to remove the original dirt.

I must admit I was quite careless with the dirt destroying as the build didn't require any dirt blocks but I collected as much as I could and put it in a chest on his island which I labelled with a sign saying something along the lines of 'all blocks are in here'.

The extra 7 must've been dropped into the void.

Thank you and I'm happy this is all finally resolved.

I see. Thank you so much for being respectful and understanding throughout this whole appeal. I apologize for the misinterpretation of evidence. Thank you for clarifying everything, and I now understand that you were not trying to involve yourself with any sort of illegal trading. In the future, please refrain from placing or destroying illegal items for players, as this may complicate situations, and lead to misunderstandings, just like this one. Again, thank you for taking the time to appeal, and explain your perspective.
