I was recently banned for 31 days for "death wishes"

I believe this was because I recently told _cyborg_ninja_ to "die" in /msg.

After he was making jokes about 'Japs' and Hiroshima I had no desire to even exchange words with him, so when he msg's me something like "you can turn your grass into more at my casino" I was kinda heated at him for saying what he said earlier so I simply said "Or I could turn it into 0, die" I obviously didn't mean for him to kill himself in real life, I say the word "die" all the time to anyone, my friends at college, my parents, not because I want them to die but because it's an exaggeration of how I don't want to do something.
I'm not saying I didn't say it, but the child I said it too says worse with no punishment and mostly means it with malicious intent, it just goes to show donors are favoured to those with no desire to purchase a rank.

On another note, I've genuinely seen players with no ranks be intolerantly teased and bullied on this server by donors for the simple fact they don't have a rank, which I believe isn't a good foundation for a server to be standing on.

I also have insufficent permissions to post a ban appeal, which is a bit dumb, so I'm just gonna post it here, any staff feel free to move it to ban appeals.

5. Why do YOU think you were banned? Because I told _cyborg_ninja to die with non-malicious intent and he posted it on the forums to spite me, which is hypocritical as he has said said worse with not even a warning, and I most certainly do not want someone to kill themselves in real life because of my words.
6. Was this an incorrect ban? Correct but undeserved.
7. Were you ever banned before on SkyBlock? If so, what for? Never, I only started playing a couple weeks ago.
8. Why do you think you should be unbanned? Obviously this is a learning curve to think before I speak, and I have honest regret for what I said, I shall try my hardest to improve my server behaviour. Just to reiterate, I was not telling him to die in real life, or die at all for that matter, it was meant as a metaphor (a figure of speech in which a word or phrase is applied to an object or action to which it is not literally applicable.) for him to go away and to also tell him I don't want to go to his casino. I've seen players do worse and get nothing, I believe the max ban was an unfair sentence and even false as I do not 'wish' for his death'.

Please consider unbanning me, If I put my mind to it I can be a valued member of the community and this can be done with.

In this screenshot you clearly state that you "think anyone above 11 playing right now should die"

I dont quite understand how that was intended towards _Cyborg_Ninja_, could you elaborate?

Also, what would make you want to say this?

 

Oh sorry, that was when some players I'm not affiliated with were having a conversation about being 19 years old and still playing skyblock, some people were saying it's bad and some were saying it was good.
I got involved and added a satirical comment to the conversation saying that all 11+ players should die if they still play minecraft, this was a joke, I understand out of context it looks like I just hate older kids playing skyblock, but I honestly don't, It was satire, I was having a laugh with some of the donors in the chat about it, and forgot about it completely.

Keep me banned if you want Theo but just know I was not being serious and don't wish death on anyone for the choice of game they play.

 

Simply because this is your first offense and you didn't mean what you said, I will accept this appeal. Though your history isn't all that great, I hope to see you being more respectful in what you say.
