If you happened to catch a player breaking the rules, you may have felt the need to report them. However, there are a couple requirements that need to be met before posting a report. 1. Screenshot proof. A good report needs exact screenshot OR video proof before being considered as valid. If a player broke a chat rule, you will need /realname proof if they are ranked on the server. Without realname proof, your report will be instantly marked as invalid, and no further action can be taken. 2. Correct grammar / complete sentences. If you are able to, please try to be as specific as possible while reporting. Without using proper grammar, it can make it extremely challenging to read and understand. If you are a beginner at English or speak a different language and are using translate, an exception can be made, but please try as best as possible to make a clear report. 3. Valid Report reason. When you are reporting a player, make sure you know they are for sure breaking a rule. If a player states something like “your mom” in chat, please understand that it may have simply been unhelpful, but it isn’t breaking a rule. You can check the rules page for further guidance. Note: if a player has greifed you, contact a moderator. They have permission to view logs and find out who greifed you. Also, remember to record ALL major trades. Video evidence is preferred in almost all cases which involve trading.
Alright, I can see how you can find this useless. But I made it because people frequently make invalid reports, and I thought this may help.
