Hello, I want to sell my island.
Everything you need is already built.
*Shop is ready for you.
*Fastest cobblestone generator. (With silktouch, u can use it for smooth stone.)
*Farm.
*A ZombiePigman farm (works best with spawners)
*A large house. You can put your chests in the garage.
*A farm with sheeps. There are 150+ sheeps.
In the house:
-A room for enchanting.
-A room for store your stuff (full with chests)
-And an empty room for whatever u want.
The house is covered with gold blocks and redstone blocks.
In the backyard, there is a nether portal.

What are you looking to get for it? Its not the most appealing structure but I can see it has some potential. Looking to see what sort of stuff you'd be looking for.

I believe selling a island with grass on it is not allowed. Not sure tho, double check with staff.

 

As long as it doesn't exceed the amount of grass/dirt on a new island ( I believe its 67 grass or something) but tho I recommend to get a mod to check it before selling it

 

I want u to give me an offer. But, it should be minimum 100 diamonds.

 

No thanks, that's too steep for that, can't really flip that into something profitable unless I put a lot of work into it

 

It would be better if you offer something.

 

Even your minimum wouldn't cut it for me, perhaps somebody else would take this one up.
