    3. Full exact Ban Message: "Inappropriate messages. Asking for dirty things in replacement of in-game items."
    4. Did you read the rules ? this aint my first rodeo (this is implying ive been banned before so clearly ive read rules also i referance below that i didnt break any rules thus i understand what the rules are)
    5. Why do YOU think you were banned? Blyx has a hatred for me cuz i said she looking like a snack and now will do anything to punish me even though i dont even msg her ever
    6. Was this an incorrect ban? yes because i wasnt asking for anything dirty in exchange for ingame items i only asked for peoples discords to prove they were who they said. theres no rules against making sure ur not being catfished. (if you even took 5 seconds to use your brain or check messages i send i ask their age first instantly and also are you implying a child cant be cute? children can be cute not everything has to be sexual im just looking to reward those who are naturally cute there is nothing wrong with what im doing stop witch hunting me)

Why do you think you should be unbanned? i mean.... i wasnt breaking any rules i just was simply rewarding people i found cute items like an irl skin comp i dont see the big deal (also maybe instead of being a nazi trying to show off ur big boy pants cuz u got promoted msg someone first or give them a warning you know do your actual job. if i didnt break any rules i should not be banned there was nothing inappropriate about what i did.)






      I REQUEST SOMEONE WHOS BEEN A MOD FOR ATLEAST A MONTH TO HAVE A CIVIL DISCUSSION WITH ABOUT THIS. I FEEL I AM BEING WITCH HUNTED AND AM BEING GIVEN AN UNFAIR TRIAL.

    I'm going to handle this. I've been staff on here for 2 years and 2 months. I hope that is enough for you to listen to me.

    I'm going to speak to Blyx and ask for information from her point of view and then I'll give you my second-hand opinion. Is that fair enough?

    Firstly, I suggest you rethink what you type in your appeal. Calling people "witch hunters" and "nazis" isn't going to help you in any way whatsoever. I understand that you're angry and displeased but being impolite and audacious isn't going to solve anything.

    first of all bossgamer im not disrespecting real staff but ive been on this server long enough to know when kids first get their rank they go out of their way to nazi mod and they go power mad. its what happens when children get power im sure even you did it when you first started. second i truly am calling witch hunt because i know for a fact she dislikes me and without any warning or anything they just instantly ban me with no actual information on what im doing which i am sure is 100% not against the rules and the info provided in my ban is completely false because i didnt ask anyone except another fully capable adult in a clearly joking and sarcastic way about sexual things so the implication that im asking for inappropriate things in exchange for items is purely false accusations which is against the law. i am here for a fair trial with people who have a good grasp of the rules and if you are looking to have a civil conversation i am plenty willing to have that with you

    Then surely you would remember Blyx being staff for 11 months back in 2016. Again, you described it as Nazi. Calling anyone a Nazi is downright unacceptable.

    Bans can be given out to players if they committed a crime that means a ban is necessary. Now, I haven't spoke to Blyx about it yet, so this may or may not be the case.

    If you're joking or not, talking about "sexual things" is punishable. The players who you're speaking to may not understand that you're being sarcastic or joking, this can genuinely make players frightened and uncomfortable with the conversation. Again, I don't know the full situation so I can't make a full judgement on the punishment given. I'm just simply informing you of the consequences and how the receiving end may feel about the situation.

    the person hinted about it first so they were clearly in on the joke and as i said they were also an adult of age so its not like i was harassing some kid also i take breaks when i get bored of this but ive played off and on for like 4-5 years but yeah if they had mod and lost it there was clearly a reason for it. and im not accepting "they wanted to stop" cuz clearly false if they tried to be mod again also back to "if crimes were commited" i broke no ingame rules i was simply rewarding those i saw fit to deserve it and there is nothing wrong with that according to the rule book. i have clearly been witch hunted because plenty of other staff saw me throughout the day doing this and nobody once msged me saying maybe dont do that michael and jxmesx both were online and didnt warn me so theres further proof i feel im being personally attacked. unless you are trying to get me to believe that it just happens to be one of the 2 mods who cant stand me who decided to ban me? because thats what it feels like to me

    Thank you for your response. I do understand your concern, anger and frustration towards the situation. Blyx resigned due to personal reasons back in 2016. After them personal reasons had blown over, she reapplied and fortunately was promoted again.

    James and Michael may have been online yet not seen the situation due to them dealing with helping other players throughout being online. That's not something I can truly give you an opinion on since I don't know.

    Since Blyx and myself living in the BST timezone, it is very early morning and she is most likely asleep at this time. It is very likely that the appeal will be continued later on, so I apologise if you hear no response or if there is not much progression with the appeal until hours later. I'll try my best to respond to you ASAP.

    Just check the forums whenever you can. I'd like to keep the appeal on the forums so that other staff, including higher staff, can also view the appeal. Also as it may be crucial if there are future appeals.

    From the information provided, publically, you were offering "cute girls" rares for them to do things such as "freak" for you.
    Freak: "behave or cause to behave in a wild and irrational way".

    Furthermore, one person who you were talking to reported your behaviour, possibly meaning that even if you didn't expect to come across in the way you did, they felt extremely uncomfortable and frightened in that situation.

    This server has a target audience of all ages, including young children. As staff, we aim to keep the community safe and feel welcomed by people, not confronted by people offering items to do "sexual things", in what you described what was happening earlier.

    Furthermore, your punishment was a ban as you are a repeat offender in behaving inappropriately. You have been warned multiple times in the past for being inappropriate and been muted and banned for the same thing too. How come after all that you thought it was okay to ask "cute girls" to do things for you? As a fully capable adult, surely you would understand that from the receiving end or from a second-hand point of view, that can almost seem paedophilic, even if you don't intend it to be that way. I am sure it was all in your best intention and I'm sure you didn't intend to cause harm, but please remember how other people may respond to the situation.

    Considering you're a repeat offender in being inappropriate and you state to have read the rules, I believe you should wait out the ban which will end in 6 days. We try to keep the community welcoming and respectful.

    I apologise for the wait for my response just for it to be denied. I'm taking this from a second-hand point of view and I believe that Blyx's judgement was correct, especially as she looked thoroughly at the case. I appreciate your politeness and for being respectful to me. I hope and I believe that in the next 6 days, you can understand how that behaviour isn't allowed on the server.
