I think that all players should have access to a /pay command that allows them to pay a player grass that they may not have had to trade with previously. An idea to think about.
No support. The economy here wouldn’t fit a command like /pay, as it’s a physical currency that we hold in our inventories. As Dew said, Tradeshops are a thing so it’s not essential.
No support. There are already ways to trade grass with players through trade shops, and the command would be very unnecessary. It might also cause issues with players if they press tab too many times, or enter the wrong name. They might try to claim that they got scammed if the person that they paid refused to give back the grass. This would just cause unnecessary conflict, and there is no reason to implement this command.
Considering grass is our currency, that alone is kind of a weird reason to want a /pay command. We can just drop grass, it’s not like if we had a money and balance system where /pay would actually be useful. And in order to trade for another item, the other user would have to drop their item anyway. In the end as everyone has stated already, we don’t need that kinda system anyway, trade shops are where it’s at.
No support; there just isn’t reason to make /pay a command when Q is a button. This idea might work if the receiver of the payment is offline, but why not just wait for them to come online? I’d hope your grass isn’t going to expire or anything?
