Accepted Not sure if i got banned...[Accepted]

    Hi, today after taking a short break from skyblock for around 2 months I decided to hop on my account PandaQueen2004 only to find that my previous island that I have been working on for over a year was deleted or nonexistent. I however know that I didn't delete it and I was and am very confused. I decided to close out of my minecraft game and try again to rebute skyblock only to find a pop up message stating that I must contact you guys because my account has been used by someone else. I am very confused and would just like some help. Now when I log back into the game it says disconnected and failed. But it works to login to any other server and I'm 100% sure it isn't my connection. Thanks for your time and amazing game!

    Hello Ashley, could you please attach a screenshot, when it tells you that to contact the staff team? Does it specifically say you are banned, and need to contact the staff, or am I misunderstanding?

    To fix your island issue, try going to /classic. The server was recently reset, however the classic server is still accessible, if you type /classic in-game. Your island is most likely on /classic, which is why it doesn't show up on the new server.

    If you are having trouble logging in, try logging in to skywars.com, then typing /skyblock or /classic when you successfully join. This should work, if you are having connection issues.
