Bring back spam filter

Do you think we should have spam filter in...

  1. A short delay between each message

  2. Inability to repeat a message

    I have seen A lot of spam recently on the server. that's no good D:
    I didn't like the idea of the spam filter taking affect on commands. but chat needs it. there is nothing to keep people from spam botting and using vulgar language as far as I know. just today, I have seen players making racist comments/slurs. make the skyblock community more enjoyable. #nospam

    Remember the cooldown we had for the /repair command? It did not go so well and people kept on complaining about it.
