Spammers get banned or muted, then move onto their alternative accounts just to keep spamming. if we had a command such as "/ipignore Jimmy12345" then we wouldn't be able to be spammed by them anymore, especially for those late night players such as me, when none of the mods with the authority to IP ban someone. (this isn't an original idea, but Staff Member Wonkie said it in chat and I thought this command would be great.)

regular ignore is handled through essentials. It is a decent idea to be able to ignore a user via ip but whether or not it would be a priority to create this idea on the devs part.
    Neutral.

Support, I actually do like this idea and do think it would be helpful. Sure new players would not know the command, but there are always many people willing to help new players who need help with this sort of stuff.

I agree with Krissy, although it is a cool idea. The only other thing that I thought would cause problems is that people would be able to bypass it with VPNs. Neutral.

Neutral. It might occasionally be useful for players, but it doesn't seem like a very necessary command. I don't think that this would end up being very useful because most of the spammers that I have seen only come on with one account, and don't bother logging in with different ones to continue. If they decided to come back, they could easily use VPN's, which would make /ipignore useless.
