    you don't. you have /enchant, were you can put the necessary enchants for each tool

    skygod (donor 100)+ have enchant.
    silk touch can only be gotten from enchant tables (and fishing???)
    god items are a thing of the past (thank god)

    we don't have /enchant on the new server.

    /enchant only can be applied to items like tools, Armour, weapons. You also have to specify the level of enchant (1-5), (1-2), (1-3)
    That you want the item to have.
