6. Was this an incorrect ban?: Yes, I was an incorrect ban as I was not the person who actually stole the items from Riilo. That was mksennett who was banned.

Good afternoon, Fireball.

It is our policy here on Skyblock to promote a fun, family-friendly and enjoyable experience for everyone. To help with this we have set up permissions and rules to make sure island owners can be reasonably safe when building their homes. This normally prevents random players from interfering with or stealing from others.

Unfortunately your recent behavior circumvented these safeguards, leading to theft of sand and hoppers from another player. These materials were then used to create a farm on your own island. This is not allowed on multiple levels.

During the course of sorting out how this happened it came to light that all of the people involved used to work together. Specifically you were a coop member on Riilo's island until he removed you and confiscated your items. When asked about why you stole the sand from Riilo your explanation was that he stole from you first. This is not an acceptable excuse.

Furthermore when asked if you reported the original theft you indicated Ms. Laini handled it and you were unsatisfied with the outcome. Rather than calmly readdressing with Laini you took matters into your own hands; doing this creates a situation where everyone is wrong and complicates everything.

Lastly in recognition of the situation and falling-out among friends your ban was less than half a day long. At this time it has (or should be) expired: You are appealing after the fact.

In the future if you have a situation like this one please report and then follow up with the Staff member who is helping you. Taking matters (and items) into your own hands ends poorly for everyone involved.
