I really would like someone to build me a skyscraper. I would like it to be quite modern. I can definitely afford to pay the builder. It would need quite a few floors but I don't want it to be too big. The builder may not need fly but it would obviously be easier with it.

To you curious people wanting to know why I want a skyscraper, it is because I need a base and I can't do everything in my soon to be completed arena. Also I need a builder because I cannot build to save my life lmao.
