In my opinion Krissy is an exceptional good fit for this position. She has all the qualities needed for a moderator in my opinion: Experience, a biased opinion, not scared to be wrong and humor when she feels like it.

I don't understand how someone could say this without being on the team. That's not even close to being true. Krissy was probably the hardest working staff member at one point in time, and during no point did she ever drop of really.

That being said, Krissy, you're obviously more than qualified to be a moderator here. You know it, I know it, Cypriot knows it. However, there's a difference between being qualified for something and actually doing the job itself. I don't think that the past should play a huge role in who gets accepted onto the staff team; people change, we're not rocks. I do think, though, that you should keep the past in mind and learn from it.

When you were a super moderator, you had a very specific idea of how the staff team ought to be run. I know you want what's best for both the team and the server, but you need to understand that sometimes other ideas can be beneficial to growth as well. One of the reasons I stopped getting on here was because I felt constantly harassed for simply trying to help. Obviously, I didn't handle the situation as best as I could, and I've learned from that, too. I just want you to understand that with the "power" of becoming a moderator comes a ton of responsibilities besides just doing the job. It means respecting your coleagues and their ideas, regardless of their rank or your friendship with them.

With all that in mind, I just want to state the importance of focusing on yourself. You're an amazing person with qualities clearly set you apart from most people. On here, it's really easy to forget about yourself when you're surrounded by people that either need help or need banning. Just make sure that this willl ultimately make you happier than anything else you could potentially be directing your efforts towards. If it is, then sure, you're on the right path. Just don't lie to yourself.

You have my full support, because like I said, you're more than qualified.
