Hey, it's ya girl Krissy and today I decided to do something a little different.

Stardew Valley is a game in which you inherit a farm and leave the city life behind. The game also allows for mods that can change the game, add new features and make the game much more enjoyable. Textures can also be changed to give the look of the game an update however this will only focused on the mods.

    Mods:
    All Crops, All Seasons:
Originally I used this mod for display purposes only but I left this one installed. As the name suggests you can grow all crops and flowers in any season you choose. The only downside is without further mods you can only plant what you can access. So Pierre won't sell blueberries in spring for you, you will only see spring crops.

    Automate:
Automate is an amazing mod which works a little like hoppers in minecraft, for example. It allows you to use automatically send items into a machine and lets the machine place the finished product in a chest. Automate also works machine to machine. Check out this example:

so you can put wood and ore in a chest, which the chest being diagonal or next to a machine and it will start to create charcoal, then the finished charcoal will go into the furnace and the ore will be sent to the furnace too. This saves a lot of time and stops me from forgetting I left items in a machine.

CJB Cheats menu and CJB Item spawner:
Now we are in complete cheats territory. If you want to use mods to make your life easier but not to the point everything becomes easy, then don't install these mods.
The cheats menu does everything from increase you movement speed, give you money, make machine produce faster, auto grow crops and even lets you increase skills and relationships effortlessly. The item spawner does just that... lets you spawn in any item in the game; even items you cannot naturally get. This is one of the best mods for playing Stardew as a creative game, for insane projects and for videos.

    Forage at the Farm:
This mod allows items you can forage to appear at your farm rather than you needing to find them around the map. You can change the number that spawn so it doesn't end up too cheaty. Finding these items became a chore so it made my life a little easier.

    Get Dressed:
Personally one of my fave mods, the Get Dressed mod allows you to change the appearance of your character. You can change the face shapes, nose shape, shoe type, gender, more accessories and all this can be done in game using the keybind or the mirror in your house. I have been able to customize my characters better and do away with my female sims wearing ugly farmer pants.

    Jump Over:
All I can say is Stardew felt odd without being able to jump around. Now, your character can jump around.

    Pet Sitter:
This is a fairly cheaty mod that allows you to have a "pet sitter" do everything from pat the animals to collect their produce... all with one button press.

    Replanter:
Similar to above this mod allows you to have a "farm hand" harvest, water and replant crops with one button press. You can customize the config to change settings.

    Skip Intro:
    Skips the intro... duh

    Stack Everything:
By default machines and scarecrows don't stack. Now they will. This is a godsend for anyone creating projects that need a lot of machines and chests.

    Tractor Mod:
Not a mod I use often but a very useful mod to have for farming is the tractor. It can clear land, till land, plant seeds and do so really quickly and efficiently. The tractor is quite expensive to create however you can customize the config to make it how you need.

It’s so depressing because Stardew Valley is such an incredible game and multiplayer on it will be great but I have it on Switch not PC :(

The beta on PC is a little buggy. The multiplayer is stable but takes a little long to connect sometimes and I had crashes talking to some npcs

And yes, unfortunately mods are only available on the pc. I have stardew on Xbox one and ps4 as well and get disappointed because I love my textures
