I have bought kit spawner within the range of 5 years ago not only has it not transferred to the new server it was disabled from my account on classic I would like to know if this can be resolved Thankyou -Borat2012
hi Borat2012, I looked through your records and it seems that there isn't any history of you having bought the spawner kit. There were several spawner purchases, and upgrades to skygod, but none for the spawner kit itself. Your skygod rank should have transferred to the new server, but unfortunately one-off item purchases do not transfer.

Can you show us your paypal receipt? There are records of all your donor upgrades and spawner purchases (~24 spawners) from 2013 but there isn't any sign of you having bought the spawner kit on our side.
I get a lot of mail but never any from PayPal It’s not a big issue I’ll just buy again in future Ty for trying though Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Could you double check? Our records show your earlier purchases (2015 and prior) were all with Paypal, while the new ones (2017) were through Paymentwall. The paypal address would have been x.a******[email protected]. Thanks!
Dont remember loggin But I read for the rank I am I can spawn pets Back when I played on classic I could but now it says I don’t have any Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
the pet plugin is currently disabled due to some bugs, so no one can have pets! I think it will be back later.
