I created a new thread because I still cannot log on to the server, and I am getting the same error as before:
'java.net.SocketException: Network is unreachable'

Have you restarted your computer and router?
Also, if you're on Windows 7 or 8, search for 'View Network Connections', then right click 'WiFi' and then click 'Disable'. Wait a few minutes and then right click it again and click 'Enable'.
On Windows 10 you can also find 'View Network Connections' by going into settings, network settings, then click 'change adapter properties'.

This issue has happened to me before but has resolved itself. Could be a matter of time as well.

 

I have tried all of these, as well as flushing my DNS. No luck.

 

TimmyBoi, Try using MultiMC, and tell me if this works.

I tried this out for the same problem it doesnt have anything to do with connections though its pretty nice I can now manage my modpacks and crap so thanks!
As to the issue try adjusting your Ipv6 to a public domain
