Yes, spawners still drop when broken with a silk touch pick. Anything further to add, or can this be locked?
Yes but still be wary, I've had 2 spawners disappear as I was trying to pick them up. Be sure to screenshot or get a mod to watch over as anything can happen. Edit: No, it was not clear lag.
Just a note that if you pick it up it will have a text saying what kind of spawner it is, but it will always turn back into a pig spawner if you place it again! If you have a special spawner that cost a valuable egg (e.g. horse) make sure you ask a mod to place it for you. They have to see the text before it's placed down, as there is no way to prove what kind of spawner it used to be once you place it.
