Heya, I don't know how great this idea is, so bear with me.
Essentially, There's sites and plugins for CUSTOM heads, where the UUID is made online and can make for plants, furniture, and more, based off of the player head overlays.

I think we should implement some of these into a trade shop or something so players can have even more creativity, power, and players that need "more" have a chance to decorate their island as they please. There's many different heads that can be customized out there, and I've included some neat examples.

(And cool things, such as pokeballs and more.)

Thinking about it, these heads should be rare, therefore; They should give every player a mob arena crate key or something, so when people finish mob arena, they can go spin for a decorative head above. This allows players to play mob arena with purpose, and gives better rewards.

Imma stay neutral bc wont this decrease the amount of heads sold and will make heads (Easter, creeper etc) not as expensive.

 

The custom heads should strictly be things related to specifics, and not replacing those, which will still be rare.
