Not getting sand from my kit

    heya,

    Every time I use my /kit skygod, I do not receive the 15 sand I am meant to. This has happened three times so far and i am in dire need of sand at this present time.

    If there is any way this can be fixed, please let me know.

    um.. did you try to log off and on. The best advice I can give is to have an empty inventory when getting /kit skygod. If you find you have no sand after that still then i am not sure and is best to ask a moderator.

    Can I get a mod to look at this? I’m doing a build with a lot of sand so I need as much as I can get. Thanks

    Will have to get a dev to look into this, as I haven't seen any other skygods complain of this issue and it seems to be only affecting you.

    @mods I've given the player 60 sand to compensate

    If I may add on
    Today after grabbing my skygod kit I noticed I didn't get any sand either. I used to, however.

    We tested it on some d100 accounts and couldn't reproduce the problem.
    Would you be able to get a video recording next time you do your kit? It would help us a lot with trying to solve this!

    This occasionally happens to me <titan.
    Not clear why, even with an empty inv.
    Best i can assume is the server just forgets.

    Maybe the server "thinks" your dropping sand as it moves sand from server to inv

    I got sand from my kit today. I feel like this issue is not limited to sand as i've missed out on a diamond in the same way.
