If you can verify you’re Bluey then you can ask fun to turn it off for you.

You’ll probably catch her best on the discord or send her a PM. I don’t think Kerahna can, but you can ask her too.

Also, make sure that you’re typing it within the time it gives. The limit is around 10 seconds and then the code renews.
