I hated hellblock it kept me on edge the whole time and I could never shake the feeling a ghast was just gonna come out of nowhere and wreck me
I played on a server once that was Skyblock and had Nether portals that could be activated on your island...and it led to a Nether area (for each Skyblock island) that consisted of 2 nether brick towers...one your portal deposited you onto, and another that you could bridge over to...that were somehow rolled into only belonging to YOU (as in part of your claim)...likewise, you couldn't just run around and wreak havoc mining everywhere outside of your area. You could mine the towers and inside were netherrack, soul sand, nether quarts ore, nether wart...and lava: lots of lava. Of course, the ceiling was lined with plenty of glowstone, too. Anyway, regardless of how the Nether is implemented for us here, I'm really looking forward to it!
