Sorry you keep running into trouble with the buycraft site. Can you check if the payment for the previous upgrade has been deducted from your credit card? I'm seeing some weird error on our side and it might be the reason her d25 didn't go through the first time. Checked - £18.28 was deducted from my bank account on 31st via Paypal. I made the purchase on the 28th so don't know why it took 3 days?
It takes longer when you use direct bank transfer on paypal (compared to credit card, which is instant). I think the error on buycraft might have been caused by the exchange rate of GBP to USD changing within those three days, so the final amount paid did not equal $25 USD anymore. There should be a way to fix this problem on our end, but I do not have that power so we have to wait a little for someone bigger and better to do it! Very sorry for the delay! Sorry for the long wait, unfortunately I don't have the ability to process refunds myself and buycraft got confused when the previous upgrade got overwritten. I'm trying to get in contact with someone who can do it, but it might end up having to be a gift code. Would that be okay?
