I have the skyknight rank and im trying to upgrade to skyking but it says im not allowed to buy it.

 

I believe that at the moment, the new server's upgrade ranks aren't working--the server can't tell that you're already a Skyknight. The higher-ups are trying to fix it as far as I know, but until then, there isn't much we can do. You should still be able to upgrade on the classic server, and though it does not currently transfer to the new server, they're endeavouring to make sure it does soon.
If you're really desperate, you should still be able to purchase the Skyking rank at full price.

 

Please try this! If it doesn't work, we can most likely find an alternative. Just let us know what the outcome is.

 

I was finally able to upgrade a couple days ago
