The transaction is pending in my bank account so I am unable to take a picture of it. It was charged to my bank account already and needs to be credited back since it is not working. Or it needs to switch over to the new server. You have it recorded when and how the game was purchased. Please take care of this matter within the next 24 hours.

If it was already charged, you should be able to take a picture of it. I don't understand how it is charged and pending at the same time. If it's pending, they you'll have to wait for the bank to approve it.

I think you should wait until the transaction goes through. If they payment didn't go through, you won't get the donor rank.

Are you saying you bought a rank, and you got it on the old server, but not the new one?
