We will need your username in minecraft, as well as screenshots of all the receipts from when you made donor purchases.
You don't have access to both your email and your paypal, and your rank magically disappeared as well? How about any screenshots in game from when you had the rank?
its not working on their it says i only have demo on that minecraft account now. is there a pvp server i remember it working on their i could screenshot it on there and prove im a donor

There is no record on buycraft for purchases under any of those names. Are you sure you're on the right server? This is skyblock.net
