To answer the thread's title though, they aren't sold very frequently, so any answer to your answer could be "right." It depends on how much the buyer wants it.
You might be able to find an upgrader, but if I'm not mistaken, the amount of upgraders these days has been decreasing. I'd be interested in buying it, but only for in game items. Looking for anything in particular?

High-balling, that could be 150 + 600, so 750. People these days are looking for more than 10 dias per dollar, so you'd probably have to wait for a discount. I forget if there's a Valentine's Day discount. If so, you could just wait a month to try for an upgrade. At a discount, you'd be offering a pretty good deal. Alternatively, if the new server (ever) comes out, and it "should" come out soon, I'm sure Cyp will pair it with a store discount of some sort; you could wait for that as well. I largely deal in rares; do they interest you? I'd offer maybe 100 max in pure dias; I could offer much more in rares, though.
