As some have said Krissy, do what makes you happy. If you enjoy being a mod here. I give you my support as you know being with you on the team I learned about people, and you were one. You really fit the role.
I wasn't cut for many reasons, but I've found what I enjoy.

So my advise to you is just do what you enjoy.

Incorrect. As a staff member you will have to respond to communication requests whether you do or do not feel comfortable with them. Not doing so put you into trouble before as a staff, or at least you told me so, remember?

I don't know if you are already employed or what you do for a living. If not CEO or CHR yourself you will have to deal with many people you think very lowly of, work with them and get along with them and that means smile while responding to their requests, say good day etc... if you don't want to work in hell or have a short-lived working experience. If they do their job you have no other choice but that will garantee that you'll stay out of trouble. If they don't - handle carefully and stay alert, but never, never get into open conflict (telling your opinion factually isn't getting into conflict btw)

I always saw you as a self-confident, wise staff. It appears I was wrong, or you have changed in two years. It's not my task to ask why and you don't listen to advice anyway as you said to me. Since I have already positively responded to your mod application, I guess I'll have to switch it back to negative for now. However I hope you'll fix your issues and think all this over.
