Why do You think you were banned: I'm not exactly sure of the details however i have received information stating from the person who reported me that i was banned as a result for severe verbal abuse toward another player, as well as using sgreen_080571's account.

Was this an incorrect ban: this ban was neither correct nor incorrect as i wasn't online however my other siblings stated my oldest brother was using my account that day (this means this ban was correct as the user itself was behaving inappropriately) and additionally logging on to my younger brothers account saying that i was crying severely due to what that player had said, thus adding to this players grief.

Were you ever banned before on skyblock: no i have never been banned before, this is the 1st and i'm not planning on getting banned again.

Why do you think you should be unbanned? i am fully aware this appeal may seem hard to accept due to its highly unbelievable factors, however the player it was targeted towards was one of my best friends in which i would never do something to say/hurt them so from now on I've changed my minecraft password in addition to logging out every time i have finished with minecraft to hopefully prevent other siblings from gaining access to it again. Additionally i have started a conversation with the targeted player making sure she's alright and coping.

You were banned because your account was harassing kawwaii_mia in pm. Which included calling them "b****" and telling them to kill themselves. Your ban was then extended because 2 alts came on and tried to defend themselves, which is ban evading.

Now, are you saying that your siblings were in control of your account(s) during this time? I see that you have made precautions to not have this happen again, but I ask of you a few things in this situation: 1) Please add me to the conversation with kawwaii_mia to be sure of their emotions in this situation, 2) I would like an apology from your brother, whoever was using the account Gamer_Girl_05 (maybe your brother?), and you for ban evading on the account sgreen_080571, and 3) Please state all the rules in your own words, with emphasis on the rules you broke personally.

turns out my younger sister had been using her account in the attempt to get me unbanned, but then she told me she got banned some how for doing it.

 

That's because it's an alt. Now that we have that sorted, please start the 3rd task I assigned.

1. no nickname abusing (using an inappropriate nick or typing inappropriate things using another's username)
2. no bridging, griefing ect.
3. no disorderly conduct towards moderators/ admins
4. don't ask for a rank from moderators/ admins

6. not all hacks are accepted (not sure if that's in the rules its just common sense, some have told me that some hacks are accepted though)

There are more than 7 rules. Please explain all of them in your own words, with emphasis on the rules your account broke.

 

1. ban evading - 2 different accounts from the same ip adress logged on stating facts that were related to leeny_hudson (i'm not positive tbh)
2. death wishes? i dont know about this 1
3. extreme chat related offenses

but i'll explain all rules soon (might take a while to type )

1. staff disrespect (inappropriate/ lack of courtesy towards a staff member will get a 1-3 day ban according to the severity)
2. chat related offences (inappropriate acts in public or private chat may get you a 30 minute - 2 hour mute)
3. extreme chat related offences ( extreme harassment can get a 1-3 day ban)
4. advertising (using the name of any server/ ip address will get you a 31 day ban)
5.hacking threats (pretty self explanatory however you could get a 7-31 day ban depending on the users history/ severity of the threat)
6. releasing private information ( releasing private information about yourself?/ others may lead to a ban of 7-31 days base on the severity of the offence)
7. staff impersonation ( pretending to be a staff member/ acting like a staff member can get a total 3-7 day ban ( depending on what the user states within the 'role'.
8. Ban/ mute evading ( going onto another account as an individual who was previously banned, using repetitive harassment/ other stuff :/ )
9. posting malicious links ( posting the links of a certain website with the intent of doin harm)
10. scamming (performing an act of dishonesty for example: unfair trade where the scammer receives all and gives nothing despite the agreement.
11. griefing (causing unnecessary havoc amongst another player, by intentionally breaking stuff? o_o )
12. illegal trading (distributing illegal resources/ products into the public)
13. inappropriate names/ skins (lack of courtesy within the chosen username/ skin)
14. death wishes/ threats (wishing/ threatening death on a specific user)
15. player killing (killing any player on the server despite how its done)
16. nick abuse (nicknaming yourself inappropriately/ using another players user to do inappropriate things in pm or public chat.
