I really don't know what happened and when I asked my brother, he said he played and got some things from an island. Your account is your responsibility. Remember, we're banning the account, not specifically the person.
He has claimed responsibility for his actions, or in this case "his brother's" actions. Even if he uses his sibling for an excuse, he has claimed the full responsibility. That is a very responsible thing to do in my opinion.
