Event Staff Team

    -Event Staff Team-
    I have seen on other servers they often have a Event Staff Team with a purpose of building an area for celebrations such as New Years, Halloween and Christmas.

    For this Job you would apply for it directly to who ever is given the "Coordinator of Event" title with a Event Staff Template.
    I believe a dedicated team for the design of Events would make more organised Events and better built designs.

    -Better Event structure-
    I also think the server lacks special activities which decreases the player base. I believe a system where you earn a certain amount of Tokens, if you complete enough of that certain activity would reward you with special items that have a special lore or perhaps special Cosmetics that NPC's can sell to you until the end of the Event.


    For example a special activity may be something such as a Droppers where your purpose is to jump down a chimney as if you were Santa and if you were to complete it you would earn 5 Tokens and to get the "Elf Head" or "Reindeer Carrot" you would need to get 500 tokens from a range of different tasks similar to the dropper
    (All activities can be repeated)

    opinions on this suggestion would be greatly appreciated :)

    The staff team already puts together all of our holiday warps, and the admins coordinate drop parties. I don’t see a need for there to a be a whole other team for it. No support.

    The staff team already deals with enough having to put up holiday events and drop parties. This seems mostly for something like a kitpvp server because I've seen it on a bunch of those networks. Furthermore I don't really see a need for another whole staff staff team.

    I have always thought having community managers or some form of people in charge of community engagement, for those who don't want the responsibility of mod but like to help.

    But I don't thing one specifically for events like what we have to be necessary.

    Not really needed, a lot of the staff and other people already cooperate together to create these events and areas.

    Staff is already building all of the wars and revamping them. Really isn’t needed imo
