No. Myrm has received Super Mod faster than most of the other staff members and he should stick to this for now. If anyone should be promoted, it should be some of those Full Moderators, agent for example.

They generally don't get paid. Only Myrmidous and (I think) Lee do, I believe in gift cards or online items (iron blocks).

They're the ones that asked. Besides, those two are way overqualified for the job. It's perfectly common for a company to head-hunt and offer a bonus (in this case, more than nothing) to people they want to convince to join their business and stay there.

 

I don't think the fact that Myrmidous is paid a few iron blocks a week should cause any hard feelings. It's what he asked for in his moderator application, and he was just as surprised as anyone when his terms were agreed to.

If anything, this shows that the server owners are flexible, and I think that's a good thing.

Remember that there are many ways to show appreciation for others, and that sometimes intangible things are worth much more than any pay we may or may not receive for our work. Kindness, goodness, a word of encouragement when we're about to give up, and finally seeing the results of our hard work come to fruition, all these things are priceless, and they are entirely within our power to give to others freely.

 

Myrm spends lots of time on the server, probably the most out of every mods.
Now, either if this is true or not, every mod has their own opinions/ way on how they handle stuff/ supporters.

You need to consider that, yes, Myrm is a good mod, there's plenty of other moderators, like Krissy pointed out.
At the same time, you don't have to be admin/ dev, etc..
It doesn't make you superior to anybody, if anything it means you work a lot more.
This also goes with Myrm even wanting to become a higher rank.

Leeeroieee does work very hard for the server, I agree strongly that he needs more recognition.
