    • Was this an incorrect ban? No and yes because I tried giving bossy his stuff back and he didnt tp for it.

    • Why do you think you should be unbanned? Bc tomorrow is Christmas and I wanna open my presents and celebrate with my friends and so I can give personaly Bossy's stuff

    Hello, Andy.

    I gave you multiple chances to give back the items. I kept you trusted to put the items back in the chest.

    As you know, looting is unacceptable, no matter what time of year this is. You know clearly that it's against the rules. Hence why I don't quite understand why you looted in the first place.

    Boss, it was an emergency because I needed the blocks, but I bought iron later to give it back, I was going to give the stuff I looted (birch, iron and sticks) in person back to you but you didnt tp, I didnt knew I had to leave them on your island back again, sorry.

    What made you think looting was alright just because it was an emergency? You made no attempt to message me about how you should give it me back either.

    I also have to add that when I first asked you about it, you replied asking me why I thought you would do that. It was only when I told you I had proof of it that you owned up. Did you think you was going to get away with it?

    I told you in msg "I'll give you the stuff come" and then I did /tpahere and u replied me "sec" and Looting isnt correct, and I wont ever do it again.

    Unless I missed it, you never said anything to me after "Merry Christmas". The only tp request I received was whilst I was questioning you, in which I accepted it. I had to go offline for 15 minutes to do some stuff but did you or did you not make an attempt to /mail me or ask another moderator that was online to transfer the items over to my island?

    I've been informed that you have tried this trick to try to get yourself out of other bans too. Do you realize lying will only get yourself into more trouble? I don't expect to see this behavior again.

    No, after that, when I asked you again and you said "Why would you think I'd do that?", in which I replied with "Logs tell me". After that you replied saying you only took some oak and birch wood, which was another lie.

    I wanted to see your island, I destroyed plenty of blocks wich I replaced again to travel easier, I took the UK Banner and Copied it and put it back, then I searched in your chests for more chests, signs, sticks wood or iron, I took some iron out and 1 stack of sticks, some birch planks and I belive some chests, then I went onto my coop's tree farm and got the logs back and I had them on a chest on my island to give them back (when I got everything else) I bought for diamonds iron to give it back and I tought you wouln't mind of signs and chests so I didnt get any of those.
    When you came online I was going to tell you of this but you msged me and confused me at first, if I get unbaned the first thing I'll do is give the stuff back. I can promisse you firmly that this isnt a lie, and I am really upset that I decided to break rules before Christmas, so I wont be able to join my favorite server on the best day, but I should read one more time the rules, reflect them and read them again.

    The thing is, it all happened on the 20th and the 23rd. You said hello to me the other day and earlier today, which confuses me. The other thing is you didn't just take them things. You took 3 pages of items, including diamond blocks, snow, noteblocks, fireworks, books, sea lanterns, and the list goes on.
    This is what my looted chests now look like:

    Can you please tell me the whole story? As taking some sticks, chests, signs and wood and replacing some blocks doesn't seem to be all of the story. From my point of view it doesn't look like you're telling the whole story. I thought better from you.

    How it happend: I visited you to see your island wich I really love, but I found a storage zone wich was terrible built because you cant open some chests, I thought of telling you when you were on if you wanted the chestroom better, but untill you were on I decided to take a look in all chests, I saw you had plenty of stuff in terrible orders, I was going to fix it but I decided not to, to avoid confusion.
    The list of stuff I took is the following:
    Snow blocks
    Noteblocks
    Iron ingots
    Birch Planks
    Sea lanterns
    I dont remember taking books or fireworks to be honest, I dont need books or fireworks when I have 1 stack of fireworks already.
    I left a sign in the other floor of your chestroom with something written of what I took. I hope you saw the sign but it seems like you didnt see it.

    Then:
    A day later I remembered of the United Kindom banner you got on the entrance, and since I love UK I decided to copy it, I got sticks and took 6 dark blue wool from my island tradeshop (The stick is from your chestroom, but I dont think you mind of sticks) and crafted a banner, the copied it and placed the banner back. Then I saw you had in one of your chests some chests (I belive 13) so I took them for my storage zone because I need alot of chests.

    I was going to give everything back exept the stick cus, its a stick! I can pay 1 diamond block + all your stuff for looting, as a sorry from me, I hope I get unbaned after saying the hole thruth of what I did and well,

    Everything still doesn't add up. You keep changing your story which makes everything you say seem illegitimate.

    You thought you would sort out my chests without telling me, which is looting, however it's been 4 days since you took most of the items, plus you said hello to me earlier today, and the other day, and even then decided not to tell me. Also you thought you'd take them then not put them back to avoid confusion?

    At first you told me you looted me because you needed the things you said you took. You said:
    So it was a lie? Because now you have come up with something completely different, plus the things you listed still aren't everything. You took things from noteblocks to nametags to diamond blocks to pistons.

    The worst thing is, they weren't even my items. They were from a player who was storing them there until they had their island sorted out.

    Snow was used, sea lanterns were given back, diamond blocks were given back, iron is still on my island, I'll give it back, books were given back, signs and chests were used, nametag is in my enderchest, noteblocks are somewhere in my island and pistons will be given back.

    Firstly, I want you to say what griefing/looting is in your own words, and state what punishments will be given if caught doing this.

    If I unban you, I expect you to have given back every item that is in them screenshots in a chest at your island by the end of Christmas day. Failure to do this will result in your ban being reinstated. Deal?
