This is related to the Warp PvP idea & the Mob Arena (/ma j)

As we all know, hacks are legal on the server, outside of the mob arena. When players are in the mob arena there is a greater chance of them hacking, as the are legal outside of it. So, I know there isn't a staff member to monitor it 24/7, this is where our idea comes in. I know on many other servers they have bots, that scan players for certain hacks; KillAura (really high CPS, reach, etc). If we could manage to put these bots in only certain areas (allowing players to use any hack they want {thats legal} outside of the restricted areas) it would allow us to have fun PvP, and PvM, safely and legitimately. I feel like this would be the only way in bringing Warp PvP back, read more about that idea, here.

My only concern is the classic one for hack-preventing robots: that innocent people (most often Australians) will be kicked mid-arena due to their poor ping. If someone hits a monster and runs away, but the hit only registers later, then they may be pinged for an unnatural hit reach. Same goes for CPS--if someone hits 10 monsters in 5 seconds, but has a ping of 500ms, when they sync with the server again it may register the player as hitting ten times in a single second.
I know that these robots have been cruel to people with latency issues in the past, so if a plugin was found or developed for this, I would only support if such issues were taken into account.
I personally don't see hacking in the mob arena as a huge problem, but perhaps that's due to my lack of attention.

Neutral/no support until a plugin has been made/found that is lag friendly.

100% Understandable. I think a lag friendly plugin is exactly what we need.

I agree with that. There may be a way to tweak with a bot to be able to decide based off of their ping on what to be suspicious about.

But then again, some players might use that to their advantage, so this will need major thinking.

Although I see how a solution must be found for warp PVP for it to be viable at all, like Lycel I don't see any issue in PVE games as it doesn't affect others.

And as I have been frequently innocent victim of anti-cheat programms as well, I can Support only a local solution restricted to PVP Areas.

CPS are already restricted, but on a very high Level. SpeedNuker or FastBow for instance get you kicked at the Moment for "sending too many packet". Don't know about KillAura though.

No support. Skyblock allows hacks. Warp pvp was supposed to be casual and not serious so staff don't have to go around dealing with hacker complaints and losing items etc.
