Changing to neutral. Chain, as a Mineverse ex-staff member, it's obvious you know how to moderate. My issue here is that you really don't seem to know much about how we work here, or things that you'd need to be able to answer if you want to be helping players who aren't sure what to do here on Skyblock. I understand that of course, some things you just might not know, but there really are some things you will need to know. I'm glad I'm seeing you on though, it's nice to see you. I don't really see you helping though. Good luck!

On the application:
Very short. Your application, particularly the section asking why you should become a moderator, is a chance to bring attention to the qualities that make you one of the better applicants. Stating these qualities is adequate, but substantiating them is better. Try to pick some unique reasons why you would make an excellent moderator and write a bit about them. Besides: putting more effort into your application shows in some capacity that you're willing to put effort into moderatorship on Skyblock. If your reasoning for such a brief application is your past staff position on Mineverse, many players on this server haven't played or even heard of it, so having more information is useful.
Your banning section is appropriately concise, however instead of listing the vague 'minor offence', it seems like you're hiding less if you actually say what it is, eg: I was banned in game once for a minor (and unintentional) profanity/filter/hacking etc offense.
Finally, though you probably intended it comically, the requirements for staff aren't really a matter of 'thought'--they're more a Y/N matter of meeting the criteria in requirements thread. Some people misinterpret the question, so I thought I'd mention it.
On the applicant:
I've seen you around on the forums lately. I think I've seen you in-game a bit, but I'm generally a poor judge, and we may not log on at the same times (I mostly see Americans and Australians). As far as the interactions I've seen from you go, you seem to be perfectly adequate moderator material. As well as this, working on Mineverse is the perfect experience for Skyblock.
I think overall that juuust tips over into support: your application needs a lot of work, but when it comes down to it, you have an attitude suitable for a moderator, and you have suitable experience, so I don't have any real reason to not support you. Just work a bit more on your activity, and you'll have no troubles.

That is not one of the reasons, although my accepted application on Mineverse was slightly longer, it was merely to satisfy players' desire for unnecessary fluff. I now regret that I made that application, and wish I had stuck to my original one.

I have adjusted that section, and explained exactly why I was banned.
