I gave you a verbal warning before, asking you to not go on his profile and call him 'cosmo' or to make fun of him, yet you did. Why didn't you listen?
Regarding what you said about me not perm banning Nyxa, Amy, fatal or blurted is because I don't deal with their punishments and I leave them to other mods to handle so it won't be biased.

 

Can I just say:
No, you've had too many chances.
I banned you PERMANENTLY unbanned you and you did it again.

Just because you deleted it doesn't mean it's okay. Elvis had asked you to stop calling him Cosmo and you didn't. It doesn't matter if you think he's Cosmo. There's no proof that he is. And even if he is, you still shouldn't be harassing him. What you did was harassment, and after your warning, you should have stopped. You got an official warning, not just the one I posted for everyone.

It doesn't matter if they know how to remove posts on their profile. Posting on someone's profile when asked not to is against the rules and considered harassment.

I gave you a PM. When mods issue a verbal warning it automatically sends you a conversation and I did. I am not able to send a screenshot because I leave all of my punishment conversations after I send them.

 

I don't remember a PM from you. And I can normally remember a lot of things.

 

There was one sent. So if you don't remember, that's on you.

 

You were warned by Talia and she even showed proof of it. There’s no point in trying to fight and change something that is proven to be correct. You failed to keep your agreement, and Talia banned you again, and rightly so.

Whether or not the harassment was intended it can still get you in this position. We don’t understand what triggers these actions because at one point you can be sweet and helpful but then you ruin it by breaking these small little rules and then you get yourself into a sticky mess.

You can compare this to real life, if you commit a crime you will be punished regardless whether you didn’t mean to do it. This is unacceptable behaviour and our rules strictly say that we do not tolerate this type of behaviour from anyone.

Take a moment and think about it.
I’m sorry but you’ve had too many chances in this community and you failed to keep those promises leading to letting the community down.

 

I agree. Your attitude is constantly flipping back and forth, one day you're nice and following the rules, the next you're commenting on someone's profile saying all mods are salty and you want to be toxic again. You're not a reliable player. You say you'll change and you won't. You go back and do the same things over and over again and it makes it hard to believe that you're not just saying you won't do it again.
