Snow_Penguin Get someone to go on your island (Unless you have someone trusted, get a mod) and place water at the spawn point otherwise if you have bad connection you'll just glitch till the day you die.
It's because you're failling off your island and console thinks your flying. By posting on the help thread listed above a moderator can teleport you away and the issue will be solved .
I had this problem when I was using an alt. My alt didn't have an island so it returned to its last spawn point however that was on a block that was destroyed so whilst connecting the character was in the game floating until it got kicked for flying. I suggest getting a friend to place a block under your spawn point.
