I will try to be as active as I can I completely understand your reasoning, but when players usually call me in chat I usually go and message them, but I understand what you're saying. Can I please get some constructive criticism/feedback so I know what I can improve on, thanks
I think its obvious what you need to improve on. You know the reasons you were demoted? make sure you won't do it again. its why people are not supporting you and theres not much more to explain "oh ive already done that!" well dont expect a lot of supports after a few days after being demoted. wait a bit longer and then see if you will ask for constructive criticism/feedback
Neutral You are not that active you used to be,i joined again in june 2k17 and i saw you only 3-5 time till now You used to be a good mod but now...no..i still remember the unfair ban you did to me for saying something "racist"
I rarely see you on. You just got demoted, maybe let time pass before you apply again? No support, sorry
Support. We all learn from our mistakes and will become better at things from failing Emerald didn't get demoted for anything major and can improve on what he had done wrong. Mostly on your application it's great I like the format maybe add colors? But you have my full support Emerald hope you become a mod again! Good luck.
No support, inactive, immature and you talked about how it was other mods faults you got demoted, in public chat.
While you were moderator, you caused a lot of unnecessary drama and didn't take criticism/feedback. When you got demoted, you even admitted to everything you did but said it was "nothing major." Yes, it was very major. We tried to help you improve, but instead, you ignore our advice—and the community's—to make you into a better mod. Although the community's might not have been constructive, it was uncouth of you to ignore us and then go on to blame others for your demotion. It was your fault, not anyone else's. You also became very toxic within these past week(s). I thought I knew you better, but I guess not. If I see that you can be toxic like that so quickly, I'm worried what you might do as a moderator. Your true colors showed, and I don't think it would be good of a mod to have that trait. I didn't want to rate the application no support without criticism, so here's my advice. Please take it into consideration this time.
I am going to be extremely honest here. I am not trying to be rude at all - hope this doesn't come off that way. This is just my honest opinion. You are honestly the very worst moderator I've ever seen & worked with. I remember even trying to help you improve and witnessing pretty much everyone else try to too. Any time a moderator would confront you about something you had done wrong, you didn't listen. You never would even allow yourself to believe that you were wrong in any way. If someone were to come up to you and tell you that you shouldn't of done something, you twisted it in your mind and convinced yourself THEY were the wrong one. That was one of the most irritating and unbearable things that came with having to work alongside you as a team. To be completely honest, I just don't understand you sometimes either. The overall way you behave and everything, I could just go on and on. It took way too long for you to get demoted, and I think it's gonna take a miracle of change from you to ever let that kind of crap back on the team again. The leaking, the immaturity, the bias, etc. It'd be nice to hear your side of all that without you trying to pin the situation on someone else or with excuses. I genuinely do wonder, do you think you were a good mod before?
I will definitely improve on those things, thanks I try to be as active as I can, but active has definitely dropped than it was previously, thanks! I try to be as active as I can, I came back from my PC being broken down from a month about a few weeks ago and went on a vacation, I try my best, thanks for your opinion. Thank you c: I am not able to edit/delete my posts as my permissions are broke at the moment, I will ask a moderator to do it for me and give them the edits, thanks! I will try to improve on my activity and maturity, but I understand how you feel about the chat incident and I completely apologize if that offended the staff team or you, thanks. Message me in private message, but thank you for your feedback. I feel like all moderators are different, and I thought I did pretty well the first month or two, then I started to drift away and become an individual, I will try to fix on those skills, thank you.
If you'd like to know you can private message me Can you please give me some feedback on what I can improve on
See that's exactly why I asked the question. Why are you not speaking about the reasons for your demotion publicly?
I feel like there have been several replies here wondering why you were demoted. If I were in your shoes, I would speak about how/why I failed before as staff, show how I would not fail if given another chance and apologize to the staff team and community. I was curious tho why you didn't do any of that in your application?
I really didn't think of adding it to my application and to just private message players the reason if they wanted to know. I'll be sure to add that, since I do not have edit permissions I have to make a moderator do it for me, thanks though. I have already apologized to the staff team personally, and will be sure to apologize to the community shortly.
I'm going to go down the list. Unbiased You're probably the most biased moderator I had to work with. The moment a player that starts with 'S' and ends in 'tel' was mentioned, you were always jumping at her, trying to pin something on her. We also know that you let all your little friends break any rules they wanted. Heck, you broke them yourself with your friends. This paragraph was written lazily. We all know what biased means and we know how not to be biased. Why quote the meaning and alter it slightly? Friendly I'll give you this one as you can be friendly. That friendliness was never extended to the staff team, though. You were amazing to the players, and I respect but, but you were an utter cockroach to the staff and that made everyone detest you in some way. Adding on that you don't intend to hurt anyone's feelings is a joke. If you didn't mean to hurt their feelings, keep. Your. Mouth. Shut. Don't log on if you're having a rough day. People would respect you more if you did that instead of coming on and attacking players. Helpful I am calling nonsense on the fact you help in PM's. Anyone who says this uses it as a cover-up for why you're never seen helping people. You could have just said you help people. I would avoid helping people in PM unless it's personal. If you do it in the open, you help other people. Of course, as a moderator in the past, you should have known that. Maturity Mature people don't call themselves mature. They show that they're mature with their actions. Respectful This is the same thing as 'friendly'. You're not respectful. You're very disrespectful, especially to the other staff members. When you're offered advice, even if you don't need it, you accept it. You take that advice and utilise it as best you can. I spent weeks -- months -- trying to cram advice into your head and you lacked the respect to even show that you accepted it. You disregarded and ignored everything I said, even when it was done in private. Why do you think I went off like I did on my TBH thread? I was trying to better you and you refused. It wasn't only me, either. You ignored everyone offering you advice. Patient No. You are far from patient. Again, this paragraph suffers from the same issue as 'unbiased'. You're just explaining the definition of it and then rewording it to fit into your application. Why even list it if you're not going to go in-depth on how you're patient? Honest How can you call yourself honest and then hide the paragraph from players? This application is for. The. Players. The staff team does not need to see whatever you put. The players do. Having moderated alongside you, I will never support you for moderator. You are unpleasant and sucked the fun out of it. You should have taken it on the chin and turned yourself in when you leaked and were caught. You call yourself honest, but you lied, cheated, and completely disregarded the staff team's needs. Your attitude change after being demoted was the final nail. Most ex-staff members push the limits a bit, have some fun. You -- I don't even know. You just pulled down your pants and s*** on the entire staff team without a consideration. This application isn't helping things. Take a few months before reapplying. You clearly haven't learned anything at all.
To be honest I was even more shocked when Lemonade, Sean and some staff mentioned theses bad things. But I suggest reapplying in a few months not weeks.
