Tbh i do recall remembering this person , i believe i did ban him already for the same reason, and i didn't have rollback at the time and i was busy so i forgot that bridge didn't dissapear

I also remember this. He was already banned for this crime and the bridge was never deleted. It's too late to rollback now though. We need to do it by hand.
