Ok I'm like completely on amy'a side here.

For example: back when we had a whole group of us doing alts, only some of us got banned. Let those that did the worst of it get banned.

Tbh it shouldn't be a rule at all if we already have an alt on the team???

 

You have no idea how tempted I was to post on this when I was appealing my ban on the alt I made, Doogie Howser M. D.
Anyway, I think a lot of the rules need to be revised, but this rule is remarkably clear: the only issue is the lack of jurisdiction. The difficulty happens when an appeal alt is banned for posting outside of their appeal and then can no longer appeal. All alt punishments should be applied to the main account of the player.
Funnily enough though, this account is sort of an alt, and I'm sort of ban evading, as my last account (which I call either Guest Lycel or Lycel-Chan) was destroyed. Heh.

alts get banned if they're used incorrectly or found to be alts + the players do get punished if it explicitly breaks other rules but making alts in itself isn't even a huge problem unless it breaks other rules

 

I support this, and maybe a new tool to suspect alts too.
