Flying? where is the proof of me flying? yes i have BOUGHT the $20 dollar fly pack that LETS you fly, and when you buy this you are obvioulsly going to go flying around, so if you dont want this to happen i suggest you take it down. Secondly greifing... i have no clue at all where i have greifed and again screenshots? Thridly looting... yes i admit i took a bit of grass from a un-private chest but after all ive been grefied out of all my grass and other VALUABLES so why not? it only a bit of grass? And the mods island thing? well how was i suppose to know it was a mods island? if you saw a nice island whilst testing your fly of course you would have a look around, dont lie and say you wouldnt becuse you know that you would. So yeah i admit to taking a bit of grass so most of your ban reasons are completly wrong. After purchasing items with a total value of $25 i think it is completeley unreasonable to just ban me, especially for taking a bit of grass... I should be unbanned for purchasing items on your server then a couple of days later being banned? it probably wasn't even discussed if i should be considered first. Okay im sorry for taking "a bit of grass" but after all its not ruined your whole life has it? you can get THREE DAILY FOR FREE so whats all the hassle about? Willsnoww
So we finally meet. I have logblock. You came on my island and you did this: destroy glass from the enderdragon egg area to try and take it (lol) destroy a couple birch trees for their logs stole over 25 gold blocks You are NEVER getting unbanned since you decided to abuse the fly mode you received. Have a nice day. Oh and you also stole grass? even more of a reason to keep you banned. I found the chest you stole the grass from. Lets see... you stole only a little bit of grass. mhm just a tiny bit. And i'll show you the other items too if you would like more proof.

Since you issued a chargeback, that costs noobcrew major fees. You have no chances of getting unbanned now. My island is my business not yours. I dont need to explain my large island to you or anyone for that matter. You flew to my island you griefed it you looted what you can AND you try to justify your actions by saying that since i spawned them anyone is allowed to come to my island anf just take what they feel like taking. Alex is none of your business. This is your appeal not his dont try to use him as a scapegoat.
I am a moderator and i use my creative mode to help people. You know with what? Let me give you 2 examples. 1) some people request from me to get rid of their bedrock piece. I obviously cant do that without creative mode 2) some people like yourself grief and loot islands. Since i am unable to rollback their island i need to spawn the items that you and many others decide to steal. My job as a MODERATOR is to have what you call "extra priviliges" to do my job. Your job as a normal player is to abide by the server rules and try to beat the skyblock challenge. For your information: I beat the challenge twice already before i was a donor for this server and before i became a moderator. Judging by the way you speak and the way you think it appears as though you are very spoiled. I blame your parents for raising you that way and that isnt something i can change. So next server you join try to understand their rules before you actually proceed in playing. It might save you a lot of trouble as well as money. Alex isnt getting banned btw i invited him to my island a few times.
Willsnoww, I do believe that this is the second major incident I have seen you involved in in a short space of time and I find it quite pathetic that you're going to attempt to get your money back, especially seeing as its a donation (yes, classed as that through PayPal too) and 9 times out 10 PayPal refuses a payment dispute on a donation. Another issue I have with your appeal, is that at no point do you seem remorseful or apologetic for what you've done, two major points that assist you in getting an unban. In fact you try to accuse noobkilla and all mods of cheating when it comes to building their islands. To be perfectly honest with you, it's kind of the only perk we get for moderating the server that you cannot donate for, as a majority of the time we're on the lookout for people, such as yourself in this case, who are cheating, griefing, looting and just generally making it unfair on everyone else (don't hide behind the 'mods can spawn items, that's unfair on everyone' because as stated previously, we get that because we're moderating this server) I don't know about noobkilla, but your comment on 'growing up and getting a real job' pissed me off tremendously, I don't know about kids like yourself who act all high and mighty behind a computer screen, pretending to be someone there not, but I'm currently working 2 jobs and going to university, so in this case, you should grow up and possibly get yourself a job so that the $25 you did DONATE, isn't such a big deal. I second noobkilla's motion to leave you banned
I ignore comments like that. It just proves how immature and stupid a person can be when they spend their parent's money to donate to a server. He'll learn about life the hard way when he's our age. There's no point to argue with an idiot because they'll bring you down to their level and beat you with experience.
Wow. This is going way too far. As snozzle pointed out, this is a donation. Do you really take back the toys you give to the Salvation Army at Christmas because it wasn't fun for you in the long run? Well, that would mean you would have to spend your allowance on a toy for charity which I doubt you've done. Flying is not illegal for player use when you buy it. The proof that you flew was the lack of a bridge. Looting was proven via screenshots, and the argument that you didn't know it was a mod's island, aka Mine, Noobkilla's, AND Zambiana's, does not excuse the fact that you GRIEFED AND ISLAND! GRIEFING AND LOOTING ARE ILLEGAL! The first rule of skyblock is not "We don't talk about skyblock." It's DO NOT BRIDGE, GRIEF, OR STEAL! (I am paraphrasing) Also, donating does NOT excuse you from ANY of the rules alloted to players, weather you donated $5 for a pig spawner or purchased the $100 donor package. Zambiana has been a $100 donor for a while and has not broken ANY of our rules. Even if he did, I'm sure he'd feel sorry and ask for forgiveness in his errors. You lack no qualities for this. Noobkilla has said his peace. You are banned, as I assume he issued it. This will NOT be revoked. Even if Noobkilla's say is not last, I do NOT recommend you for unban. I hope that you lose your refund request as it was money you willingly donated. If it were up to me, your IP would be recovered and banned to prevent you from returning to us anytime soon. Regardless, have fun fighting paypal. Also, when you grow up enough to have money of your own, then perhaps you will think about obeying the rules as to not cut anymore losses. Then again, maybe you'll be like me and have to work a dead end job at the age of 25 in order to pay for you and your fiancee to live peacefully after you and your parents end up hating one another. Then you might understand a little bit about life. -_^
Your current ban message is written by Noobcrew, and involves a chargeback. This means that there is no point to this thread, as your issue rests with the owner (Noobcrew) alone. Your ban message says for you to contact him by Forum mail. You and he will work it out.
