I've noticed a few not so appropriate ads here as well but the ones I see are for "Girls x Battle". I mean, I like games, but you won't find anything of that... caliber.. in my history...

 

I use AdBlock on my computer and sometimes on my phone and never get ads when I do.

These ads are based on target marketing and contracts done with these advertising companies who use Google AdWords. Sometimes, if you look up something that an advertiser has to offer, you'll get ads for that. If there isn't anything you search for that correlates with an ad, you'll get random things like the "Master, give me an apple!" anime games.
