Hello Skyblockers, The time has finally come. This is a thread no one would ever expect me to create.. we have decided to reset Skyblock. Yes, you heard right! We haven't had a single server reset for over 5 years! Before players start to get worried we won't be deleting the current Skyblock server, it will still be here just being the 'Classic Skyblock Server'. Unfortunately, as we'd like to keep the economy clean we won't be carrying over Donor400's creative items and it won't be a thing anymore but we will give all and future Donor400's Elytra Wings in replacement. The server will also be updated to the latest Minecraft version. We will also add Protocol Support so you can connect to the server using 1.8+ clients. Downside is you won't be able to see 1.9+ blocks Thanks to JustMatt who has worked extremely hard cleaning up the code and optimizing our Skyblock plugin. Less lag! Here are some of the new features in our new Skyblock plugin: New features: - Multiple island types - Hardcore mode. You have one life if you die you lose everything. If trusted members/coop members die you will still lose everything. - Skyblock GUI. You can view, add and remove coop and trusted members. You can also view challenges and the top 20 islands - Skyblock Challenges - Change the biome of your island by typing, /changebiome - Island leveling - Friends There is no release date just yet but we will keep you updated on this thread. We would love to hear your feedback and possibly new features you want to see in the new Skyblock reset.

To Make Things Clear, I believe that the current server will still be a thing, with everyones items staying the same, BUT there will be a new one, which is updated and reset, with new features. HOWEVER, you will keep your donor ranks, pets, etc on both. Staff correct me if I am wrong, thats
You will keep your rank of course. The server is still WIP so I can't answer that at this time. (It won't be money though).
Skyblock really needed a reset. The economy was ruined and there were ton of lag spikes. I support this so much.
I disagree with the economy not being ruined, but yes to everything else. It ran on for too long imo, hopefully this reset is like a rebirth of how skyblock was to start.
