No, you can only trade items for ranks in any of Cyp or Crew's servers.

This is answered in the illegal trading thread by Fun, I suggest you give it a once over if you have any further doubts.
You cannot trade in game items for anything other than donor ranks and other in game items. (Art shops and similar services seem to be the exception)
